Protected until delivery

The protected handoff for creative work.

Handoff moves creative work from review to approval to delivery. The master file and full rights stay in escrow until the work is approved and the delivery terms are met — so neither the creator nor the client has to trust the other first.

How the handoff works

A review-to-approval flow with protected-until-delivery escrow — three steps, no ambiguity about who owns what and when.

  1. In Review

    Step 1

    Share a protected preview

The creator uploads work and shares a watermarked, non-extractable preview. The client reviews it in full — no master file changes hands yet.

  2. Approved

    Step 2

    Approve an exact version

Approval is a signed record bound to a specific version and checksum. Nothing ambiguous, nothing applied retroactively.

  3. Delivered

    Step 3

    Release on delivery

The master file and full rights unlock only once approval is granted and the delivery terms, including payment, are satisfied.
